Graven Images’ Founding Director Ross Hunter says:
"We really are chuffed to have won this award for our interior design of the Corinthian. To be honest, we’re not usually ones for awards but to be recognised among design royalty such as David Collins and Ilse Crawford is brilliant.
A lot of our work in recent years is overseas and so it is really nice to be recognised nationally for a project in our home city in Glasgow. A lot of credit goes to G1 and the in-house team for their craftsmanship and dedication in doing difficult things and making things happen. They were an absolute joy to work with."
Jim Hamilton, our Creative Director said: “The key to this project was working hand in hand with artisans and skilled craftsmen to make bespoke items for this unique space. Glasgow has a strong heritage of tradesmen working in raw materials such as glass, plaster and timber and we looked at how we could work with these traditional methods to create a cool, modern space yet remain in keeping with the building."
