YARN images now available

We were commissioned by innovative developers Marchday to design a brand identity and collateral to help market 10,000 sqft of new business space, dedicated to start-up companies and SMEs at Lingfield Point in Darlington.

We conceived the name, designed the mark, brand identity and designed breakout areas and created an installation for “YARN”.Office space at Lingfield Point is being snapped up at an unprecedented speed – and flying in the face of current expectations in the property sector. The final suite has already been let in YARN rooms, within YARN just weeks after the new space was unveiled. The offices were named YARN as they form part of the former Paton and Baldwin wool factory which was based at Lingfield Point.
