Graven developed and designed this flagship boutique retail store for independent luxury jewellery retailer ROX. The ROX, Glasgow design concept blurs the boundaries between hospitality and retail, with 4,500 sq ft across two luxurious levels, including a stylish ‘Thrill Room’ private shopping area on the upper floor. This unique shopping experience has increased footfall, doubled dwell time, and increased sales in the first month by 60%.
A nine-metre ‘brand wall’ made of glass and quartz gives subtle glimpses through into consultation booths. The Thrill Room upstairs provides a more private area for detailed customer consultations and includes their exclusive Laurent-Perrier Champagne ‘Diamond Bar’.
Graven has also been instrumental in helping ROX develop and enhance their business by reviewing and redesigning the ROX brand. We have implemented the enhanced brand identity across areas including hallmarks, packaging, point-of-sale, catalogues, retail website, marketing, pop-up retail concepts, advertising and a bespoke ROX Silver brand.
Our e-commerce website design for ROX ‘Diamonds & Thrills’ won the ‘Online Retailer of the Year’ award at the Scottish Retail Excellence Awards.
