Our ongoing relationship with ROX – an ambitious Glasgow-based, fashion-led jewellery retailer – has involved a wide range of roles and outputs, including the development of a new and regularly evolving brand strategy.
Graven created and implemented a brand strategy for ROX, refining and extending the ROX brand into new areas including their own hallmarks and the ROX Silver product brand. Implementation included catalogues, packaging, advertising, events, pop-up retail concepts, internal and external communications and a number of innovative luxury retail boutique interior designs in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds and Newcastle including the introduction of the industry-first Diamond Bar & Thrill Room concept.
Our e-commerce website design for ROX ‘Diamonds & Thrills’ won the ‘Online Retailer of the Year’ award at the Scottish Retail Excellence Awards.
